About our Foundation:
OHS, headquartered in Corona, California, is led by its owner and founder, Dr. Javier Rios, a family physician with over two decades of experience practicing in California and Arizona. Having witnessed firsthand the challenges that small and medium-sized medical groups face in a highly regulated industry, known for payment reductions and increasing overhead costs, Dr. Rios established OHS to improve patient care quality, enhance patient satisfaction, and ultimately reduce operational expenses for medical groups and frontline physicians. To date, OHS has become the most cost-efficient operation within his medical group.
